Pastor’s Welcome Letter

To formally register as a parishioner simply fill out the New Member Registration Forms and submit them. Forms can be completed online below. If you prefer paper forms, they can also be found in the kiosks in church or in the parish office. You are welcome to mail the paper forms to our parish office (215 West 2nd Street Chaska, MN 55318), scan them (info@gachaska.org) or bring them personally to the office.
