14th Sunday in Ordinary Time July 4-5, 2020

Gathering: All Are Welcome

Let us build a house where love can dwell and all can safely live,

A place where saints and children tell how hearts learn to forgive.

Built of hopes and dreams and visions, rock of faith and vault of grace,

Here the love of Christ shall end divisions:

All are welcome, all are welcome, all are welcome in this place.

Let us build a house where love is found in water wine,and wheat;

A banquet hall on holy ground, where peace and justice meet.

Here the love of God, through Jesus, is revealed in time and space,

As we share in Christ the feast that frees us:

All are welcome, all are welcome, all are welcome in this place.

Ps. 145: I will praise your name, my King and my God.

I will praise your name, my King and my God.

Preparation of gifts: Open My Eyes

Open my eyes, Lord, help me to see your face.

Open my eyes, Lord, help me to see.

Open my ears, Lord, help me to hear your voice.

Open my ears, Lord, help me to hear.

Open my heart, Lord, help me to love like you.

Open my heart, Lord, help me to love.

Communion: All Who Hunger

All who hunger, gather gladly; holy manna is our bread.

Come from wilderness and wand’ring, here in truth you shall be fed.

You that yearn for days of fullness, all around us is our food. (refrain)

Refrain: Taste and see the grace eternal. Taste and see that God is good. (repeat)

All who hunger, never strangers; seeker, be a welcome guest.

Come from restlessness and roaming, here in joy we keep the feast.

We that once were lost and scattered in communion’s love have stood. (refrain)
