In this section of the Guardian Angels Website you will find helpful resources and documents to help your ministry succeed at Guardian Angels. From fundraising policies to information on how ministries can promote their group or events will be found here. Fundraising Policy, Application, and Forms:
We want your ministry’s fundraising events to be successful. In order to assist you with this we have come up with a fundraising policy to help ministries understand why we have fundraisers and how to get their fundraiser approved.
The fundraising policy is effective January 1, 2015. The policy and other attachments are located below.
There will be a period of transition (January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015) in which ministries that already have a fundraiser on the parish calendar will not go through the process of approval by Finance Council. The group is still responsible for completing the Fundraising Application prior to the fundraiser and a Fundraiser Summary Report Form following the fundraiser.
All fundraisers NOT on the parish calendar and all fundraisers scheduled to occur after June 30, 2015 need to go through the complete process as it is detailed in the policy including obtaining approval from Finance Council (so be sure to complete your application with at least 3 months advance).

Ministry Promotion and Event Advertising:
There are many ways to promote a ministry or advertise for an event right here in the parish community. A ministry can be highlighted in our parish bulletin, parish website and/or Facebook page, as well as a pulpit announcement at Mass.
