Parish Business Administrator:
The parish business administrator assists the Pastor in implementing the mission of the Church and will be responsible to oversee the areas of finance, facilities, legal, human resources and strategic planning. This creative team player will have an understanding and commitment to the concept of stewardship in the Church; he/she will enjoy the challenge of overseeing effective collaboration between staff and volunteers in the various programs of the parish as we accomplish our mission of reaching out from the Altar of Christ to educate, serve and evangelize.
Candidates must be a practicing Catholic and excel in leadership, organization, communication, and computers/technology. Experience in accounting and budgeting is required. Experience with a parish school, church management software, a parish cemetery, and Hispanic ministry is highly desirable. College degree in Business or related field required and experience in Parish or Business Administration preferred. Salary: $50K+ OR Commensurate with experience w/benefits.
